Children and Youth at the UMC

Sundays

Junior Church and Youth Church meet in the UMC halls (Old Baptist church buildings) during the 11am service.  During our time in Junior Church we follow a theme for each month - through stories, games and craft activities.  

For younger children, or those who prefer to remain with their parents in church, we have a children's area with books and activities along with padded floor mats for babies.  There are also activity bags with books and activities to take to your chosen seat in church.

 

During the week

Busybodies Toddler Group meet in the UMC Halls on Wednesday mornings from 10am to 12 noon.  We welcome anyone who cares for children from birth to school age. We are a friendly drop-in group and each week we offer a craft activity, snack time and song time.  We have toys for all ages and a separate safe baby area.

Jelli Tots Playgroup meet in the UMC Halls on Friday mornings from 10am to 12 noon. 

Pram Services are aimed at all pre-school children and their carers.  These are arranged around festivals and will be advertised locally and on this site.
